| How to Vector a Hipster Bunny in Adobe Illustrator |
In this tutorial I’m going to show you a step-by-step drawing process of a cute hipster bunny. We’ll be transforming simple shapes as well as using Pen Tool (P), making our own textures, using transparency and some other cool Adobe Illustrator tools and features. Let’s do it!
1. Create Basic Shapes From Doodle
Step 1
Start from placing your sketch on the canvas. You may File > Place your scanned picture or draw it in Adobe Illustrator using a Pencil Tool (N).

Step 2
Draw a circle under your sketch using the Ellipse Tool (L) and fill it with beige color. Select your sketch and change its Blending Mode to Multiply in Transparency panel, so that the coloring will be visible through the sketch, making your work flow more comfortable, if you are drawing under the paper sketch.

Step 3
Lock your sketch layer and Create New Layer under it. We’ll start from drawing a head. Grab the Ellipse Tool (L) and create a circle filled with a light-yellow color, almost white.
